Originally a 1960s hotel, the building is reinvented as a student residence in dialogue with the city. The renovation completely rethinks the volume and interior spaces, clarifies the architecture as seen from the public realm, and optimizes the envelope and technical systems, all while delivering a contemporary and legible aesthetic.
